Refund policy

At Maniverse, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Please contact support@Maniverse.beauty before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for faster assistance. Return shipping is free for eligible approved returns.
